All products (“software”) released by Codeboxr are thoroughly tested on the most recent 2–3 versions of the respective CMS they are intended for. In addition, we are committed to providing dedicated technical support — free basic support for standard troubleshooting and paid extended support (on an hourly basis) for advanced issues or customization.

As our products are digitally distributed software and licenses, they can be easily duplicated. Therefore, once a release version has been delivered to the customer, the sale is considered final, and refunds or credits are not available without a valid reason. Please review product descriptions, demos, and documentation carefully before making a purchase.

However, we understand that unexpected issues can occur. We accept valid refund requests within 7 days of purchase if a specific, verifiable reason is provided.

Refunds in Special Cases

In rare situations, a product may not work due to issues beyond our control, such as:

  • Conflicts with other plugins or modules installed on your site
  • Corrupted CMS components
  • Server configuration or hosting environment limitations

After we complete basic troubleshooting, if the issue remains unresolved due to such inherent conflicts, a 100% refund may be issued.

Bugs and Fixes

Finding a bug is not a valid reason for a refund. Bugs are part of any software lifecycle. If you discover one, please report it via our contact page. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends). We appreciate your patience and cooperation as we work to fix reported issues promptly.

Refund Approval Criteria

Codeboxr reserves the right to approve refunds only under the following conditions:

  • The product does not function as described, and we are unable to fix the issue or provide relevant support.
  • The product lacks features explicitly listed on its product description page.
  • You purchased the product directly from Codeboxr or its family websites.
  • You provide verifiable purchase details, including your name, email, payment transaction ID, and purchase date.

In all cases, we recommend contacting our support team before requesting a refund. Most issues can be resolved quickly with our assistance.
