If the core plugin CBX Restaurant Booking is active, then there will be a menu in left side in dashboard called “Rest. Booking” which is dashboard of the plugin. Under the dashboard menu there is a sub menu called “Booking Forms” which displays the list of forms created. To create a new form from the listing click “Add New”

After creating a form you can collect the shortcode [cbxrbooking id="form id here"] of the form and use in any page.
