If the core plugin CBX Changelog is active, then there will be a menu in left side in dashboard called “Changelogs”. CBX Changelog plugin uses custom post type “cbxchangelog”.
Adding a changelog is like creating an article. From the “Changelogs” menu create new changelog, put title, description and see there is a meta box below the editor for adding the actual changelogs. Follow the visual screen and save the article. After creating a changelog it be displayed in frontend ie, in pages in different ways like shortcode, classic widget, elementor widget, gutenberg block, visual composer widget etc.
